Born and raised in Schenectady Sergeant Vallely graduated from Linton
High, Schenectady County Community College and received a B. S. in
Criminal Justice from Sage College. Served three years in the Army. He
moved to Scotia in 1979. He joined the Scotia Police Department in 1981
and is currently the Patrol Sergeant on the midnight shift.
